Prayer:
Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the name of the 5th and 6th respondents from the patta No.38 and issue fresh patta in petitioners name for the entire 5 Acres of land comprised in Old Survey No.32 and as per Patta No.38 Survey No.32/4 situated in Mahadevapuram Village, Berigai Firka, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2022 and for consequential orders.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the official respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 14.07.2022 and pass orders.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal. 2/6
3. Since, no adverse order is being passed as against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioners inherited the subject property from their mother who passed away on 24.04.2007. Due to some inconvenience they have not applied for patta transfer to their name. Whileso the 5th and 6 th respondents entered into a criminal conspiracy and created some forged documents and registered the same in the result of which 5th and 6th respondents name was included in the patta copy. Hence the petitioner gave a representation before the official respondents herein to delete the name of 5th and 6th respondents on 14.07.2022. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the official respondents herein to consider the petitioners representation dated 14.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time fixed by this Court. 3/6
6. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the petitioners representation dated 14.07.2022 will be considered by the respondent within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
7. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the official respondents herein to consider the petitioners representation dated 14.07.2022. and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
