The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on representation dated 10.06.2015, 20.01.2016 and 31.08.2016.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner contended that the writ petitioner was appointed as record https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
clerk in the office of third respondent / School and the appointment was made against the vacant post caused on account of the retirement of an employee. The post is also a sanctioned one and the petitioner is fully qualified for appointment to the post of record clerk. The writ petitioner joined in the said post on 06.01.2009 and as such continuing in service for the past about eight years. Thus, his appointment to be approved by the competent authority enabling him to get his service benefits.
3.In this regard, the writ petitioner has submitted the representation to the third respondent on 10.06.2015, 20.01.2016 and 31.08.2016. Thus, without going into merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the said representations on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
