Heard Thiru.Samivel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Thiru.R.A.S.Sentilvel, Additional Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. With the consent of both the sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent to dispose of the second appeal filed by him under the provisions of the Right to Information Act. This Court has been informed even earlier that the first respondent Commission has a very heavy board and on a day to day basis, cases are assigned to specific dates. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, if there is any genuine urgency in the petitioner's appeal, the petitioner could always move an application for early hearing, which would definitely be considered by the Commission on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
