Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the selection list dated 04.09.2016 for the various non-teaching posts in the first respondent University released by the first respondent University and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to conduct re-test in accordance with law to select candidates for the various non-teaching posts in the first respondent University and appoint an external agency to evaluate the answer papers and thereafter publish the list of selected candidates.
