O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 10.10.2023 in W.P. No. 15755 of 2021. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondents in Tha.A.Po.Ka(Salem)/Law/CO1/2909/2024, dated 30.11.2024 stating that as per the direction of the Court dated 10.10.2023, the surrender leave salary for 120 days has been settled in respect of the years from 2010 to 2018 together with interest at the rate of 4% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement along with a memo of calculation and a copy of the cheque dated 30.11.2024 for an amount of Rs.1,12,266/- drawn in favour of the petitioner, which are placed on record.
