The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 251 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment dated 08.08.2022 made in STC.No.892 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Gobichettipalayam.

2. Mr.M.Shankar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
