This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with STC.No.261 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate - I, Erode and quash the same.
2. It is seen that when the matter was posted on 28.02.2017 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks adjournment and the matter was adjourned for one week. Thereafter, for the past three years, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending for more than three years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of three years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
