The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.1470 of 2014.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions, would submit that a case in C.C.No.52 of 2016 has been taken on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sriperumbudur.
