ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 20.07.2019.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that in this case, CSR number was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

assigned and after issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 5 the same was closed as "Mistake of Fact" on 05.08.2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
