(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) CMP No.21702 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 3518 days in setting aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent.

2. CMP No.21715 of 2019 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the appeal.

3. CMP No.21716 of 2019 is filed to bring on record the heirs of the deceased sole respondent in the appeal and record them as respondents 2 to 5 in the appeal.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing the petitions.

5. In such view of the matter, the above civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
