O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No.486 of 2016 under Section 82(d) of the Registration Act and under Sections 447, 341, 420, 468, 471 and 506(ii) IPC.

2. In view of the above, all the points raised by the petitioners/accused are question of facts before the Trial Court. Therefore, the same cannot be considered by this Court in this quash petition. Considering the age of the petitioners 2 to 4 and the petitioners 2 to 4 be women, the personal presence of the petitioners 2 to 4 is dispensed with. Considering the case of the year 2016.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
