Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2911 of 2017 dated 05.07.2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali and consequently direct the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali to release the amount of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2911 of 2017 dated 05.07.2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali and consequently to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali to release the amount of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
