O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider his representation dated 16.12.2015. In the said representation, the petitioner has raised an objection regarding establishment of a gas godown by respondent Nos.9 and 10. The petitioner would state that representation has been given by the residents of the area stating that the norms which are to be adhered to, have not been followed and that the gas godown is to be established in the residential area.
2. Since this Court is disposing of the writ petition at the admission stage without notice to respondent Nos.9 and 11, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner are not gone into. However since the representation is pending consideration before the second respondent, the learned Government Pleader submits that the second respondent may be directed to consider the representation on merits and in accordance with law.
3. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after notice to respondent Nos.9 and 11 and pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of in terms aforesaid. No costs.
