ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner and the 2nd respondent.

2. From the record, this Court finds that the matter was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras vide order dated 16.09.2019. The Mediation Centre has submitted his report along with Joint Memo of Compromise entered between the parties. On perusal of the Joint Memo of Compromise, it appear that the parties have settled

their dispute and the petitioner herein Dr.U.P.Senthilkumar has assured that after receipt of full payment from one Dhanasekaran / the 2nd respondent herein, he will return back the cheque and will not proceed with those cheques before any Court of law and action initiated by him will be withdrawn.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
