ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for cancellation of bail granted in favour of the second and third respondents, who were shown as the seventh and eighth accused in Crime No.1807 of 2016.

2. The Anticipatory Bail petition was filed by Krishnaveni, who is the mother of second and third petitioner, along with the second and third petitioner before the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai. The Principal Sessions Judge, on consideration of the entire facts and circumstances, dismissed the anticipatory bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

insofar as A1 Krishnaveni is concerned. The Court had granted anticipatory bail to the second and third respondents, since the only allegations against them, was a verbal threat made by them.

3. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order passed by the Court below. This Court does not find supervening circumstances against the respondents two and three and there is no requirement to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.

4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
