2. On consideration of the submission made, paragraph 8 of the earlier order of this Court dated 10.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.26021 of 2019, shall be deleted and stand substituted as follows:-

8. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 31.07.2017 passed by the first respondent, is hereby quashed. The first respondent shall pass appropriate individual orders, notionally regularizing the services of each of the petitioners herein, on completion of 10 years of service, without reference to G.O.Ms.No.74 dated 27.06.2013 and thereby, extend all the service and monetary benefits. Such orders shall be passed atleast within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. All other findings and observations made in the earlier order dated 10.02.2023, shall remain intact.
