This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the FIR No.1806 of 2015 dated 16.06.2015 on the file of the third respondent and file charge sheet on the F.I.R. and to file the final report.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that they are conducting investigation on the First Information Report and a final report will be filed within a period of four weeks.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of this case, the third respondent is directed to file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
