This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 and 2 who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant as appellants 1 and 2 in the above appeal.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3.Hence, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and having satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this petition is allowed.
