ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.119 of 2015 and file a final report.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.119/2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506 (i) IPC, on 03.03.2015. But the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, she has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a case in counter and after due investigation, charge sheet has been laid in the present case, which was referred to as 'Mistake of fact'. He would further submit that RCS notice has also been served.
