Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.7019/2017: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 11 to 14 viz., the Home Manager Xavier, Inspector of Police Mr.Umashankar, Special Sub-Inspector Mr.Laser Kennady and Women SubInspector Mrs.Sandhya to pay the compensation of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakh Only) to the petitioner's family towards damages, mental agony and loss of peace of mind.
