This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the present Criminal Appeal against the order dated 22.05.2024 passed in STC.No.65 of 2018 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) Hosur, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 33 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
