This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17012 of 2024 dated 19.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Madras High Court Advocates Clerks Welfare Association, High Court of Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, S.B.A/c.No. 484077244, IFSC.No. IDIB000M157, and to comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order copy.
