This petition has been filed to call for the entire records of the final report in P.R.C. No.5 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi and to quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the committal proceedings were over and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.125 of 2018 on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Arani. He further submitted that thereafter, the petitioner never appeared before the trial Court and the trial Court issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner and the same is pending.

3. Considering the submission made, when Non-Bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief as sought for in this petition.
