ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.02.2025 against the 4 th respondent, who is alleged to have performed poojas and devotional activities at Patteeswarar Alayam and Aththanur Temple, Salem District.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced the written instructions received from the fit person of Patteeswarar Temple. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.02.2025 after affording opportunity to the 4 th respondent and a decision shall be taken on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
