Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender the Petitioners before the Trial court in Compliance with the order dated 21.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.18642 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court within time to be specified and thus render justice.

A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 21.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18642 of 2021 to execute sureties.
