O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending in Cr.No.144 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent to CBCID or any other competent investigating agency.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the brother of the petitioner died in an accident, in which, the vehicle involved was Innova Crysta 24 V BSIV/Toyota bearing Reg.No.61 Q 7858. Subsequently, the second respondent police registered the FIR in Crime No.144 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the said vehicle found in an accident was involved for an offence under Section 304(A) of IPC as against the driver and the investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
