This petition has been filed to suspend the execution of the sentence imposed upon the petitioner/appellant/accused in S.C.No.368 of 2021, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai on 02.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 3.Therefore, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
