ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. These Revision Petitions have been preferred by the respective respondents in A.S.No.14 of 2023 and A.S.11 of 2023 pending before the Sub Court, Thiruvallur and the Special Subordinate Court for LAOP cases, Tiruvallur respectively. The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the said appeals.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in these revision petitions, notice to the respondents are dispensed with. The suits for declaration and recovery of possession were initially decreed by the Trial Court as against which the respondents/defendants are preferred the above appeals. The petitioners herein are the plaintiffs in the original appeals and seek early disposal of the appeals, in order to enjoy the fruits of the decree. 2/4

4. Considering that the appeals are pending from the year 2023 onwards and direction is issued to the Sub Court, Thiruvallur and the Special Subordinate Court for LAOP cases, Tiruvallur to dispose of the appeal suits, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
