The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that the issues involved in the present writ petition had been now taken away before the Taxation Appellate Tribunal and the Tribunal also disposed of the same. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition as the cause aroused became vanished and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
