O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action and suspend the erred police officials and initiate suitable departmental proceedings for their involvement of brutal attack made upon the petitioner's son based on the representation dated 28.01.2017.

2. Today, when the petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State submitted that due to lock down and pandemic situation, they could not treat the injury suffered by the petitioner's son, however, they will take steps to treat the injury in due course.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the treatment shall be provided to the petitioner's son within a period of two months from today and no further order is required in this matter.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
