ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that, pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, dated 25.5.2012, disciplinary proceedings had been initiated against the 6th respondent, as prayed for in the said representation. In such circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
