This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to direct the 4th respondent police to take action to attach the properties of the company ie. M/s.Winners Agri World Pvt. Ltd. as per Sec.3 of the Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the properties of the company has been attached in the said proceedings and the same is pending before the RDO (Revenue Divisional Officer) for further action.

3. As the prayer in the petition has been considered by the concerned authorities, the same shall proceed further in this regard. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
