This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to exempt the petitioner from surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal in view of the direction passed in Crl.A.No.77 of 2010 by the learned I Additional District Sessions Judge, Namakkal. 2.Today, this Court suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No15673 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1658 of 2023. In view of the same, the petitioner is exempted from surrendering before the trial Court.
