This petition is filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the A.S.SR.No.107616 of 2023.

2. Notice has been duly served on the respondents. However, no counter affidavit has been filed.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, health reasons have been cited as the cause for the delay.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 76 days is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
