This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 143 days in filing the Appeal Suit.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objections in condoning the delay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

C.M.P.No.17190 of 2025 condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioners to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 08.08.2025.
