ORDER
The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in Crl.Op.No.16446 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the affidavit of the respondent was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder: 9.It is respectfully submitted that after completion of elaborate and detailed investigation, based on the statements of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis N. KP witnesses, materials evidence on 20.08.2023, then Inspector of Police have filed the final report against the accused persons before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore vide E-filing No.LTN20230002745C202400314 dated 17.10.2024 and the same was yet to be taken on file.
