Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to passed an order of direction, directing the respondents to alter the FIR in Crime No.397 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent by including an offence under Sections 307, 324, 326 and 506 (ii) of IPC along with original offences and to file a final report in manner to law in a stipulated time.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to alter the FIR in Crime No.397 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent by including the offences under Sections 307, 324, 326 and 506 (ii) of IPC along with original offences and to file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the 2nd respondent had already included the offence under Section 326 of IPC in Crime No.397 of 2016. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the complete the investigation in Crime No.397 of 2016 and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
