ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 06.06.2024 and issue licence in the name of the petitioner, Mr.N.Raja Mohammed to carry on the fruit business in the Shop bearing No.T/A-1, Anna Fruit Market, Koyembedu, Chennai-600 107.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and conduct enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
