The present petition has been filed seeking modification in the Sections shown in the order dated 02.11.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No 20744 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the affidavit the petitioner has inadvertently mentioned the name of the petitioner as Ramer instead of Ramar and section as Section 25(1)(B) of Arms Act instead of 25(1)(a) & 25(1-B)(a) of Arms Act. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the order incorporating Section 25(1)(a) & 25(1-B)(a) of Arms Act instead of Section 25(1)(B) of Arms Act and issue fresh order copy.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for amending this said order.

4. In view of the above, registry is directed to modify the name of the petitioner as Ramar in cause title and sections as Section 25(1)(a) & 25(1-B)(a) of Arms Act in Para 1 of the order dated 02.11.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.20744 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy to the parties . 1/3
