O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.15827 of 2025, dated 22.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30a.m., and shall report before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the sole breadwinner of the family and is unable to comply with the conditions regularly. Hence, he seeks a modification of the condition.

3. In reply, The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the conditions imposed by this Court so far. He further submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also filed and it is yet to be taken on file.

4. In the light of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
