ORDER

Heard Mr.T.Muruganantham learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2 The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the 3rd respondent to release the lorry bearing Registration No.TSD 4946 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2016. 3 The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that already the Revenue Tahsildar, Krishnagiri, has passed an order on 06.09.2016, vide Na.Ka.No.1364/2016/C, imposing a fine of Rs.26,100/- and produced a copy of the said order before this Court. 4 In view of the above order of the Revenue Tahsildar, Krishnagiri, dated 06.09.2016, if the owner is aggrieved by the said order, he is entitled to pay the fine amount and take the vehicle or else it is open to the competent person to challenge the said order. 5 The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
