ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2019 for rectification of errors crept in the revenue records, occurred during UDR in respect of lands measuring to an extent of 22 cents comprised in survey No.59/5A1 of Chokkapuram Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. On receipt of the representation, the first respondent directed the third respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders by the proceedings in Ref.No.O.Mu.16236/2019/J2 dated 23.07.2019. On receipt of the same, the third respondent conducted detailed enquiry and concluded that the subject land is in possession and enjoyment of the fourth and fifth respondents herein. The subject land does not belong to the petitioner. Accordingly, the third respondent passed order in Roc.No.2716/2019/A2 dated 25.10.2019. Therefore, direction sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and the writ petition is devoid of merits.

The third respondent is directed to serve copy of the order passed on the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
