This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to transfer the investigation in Crime No.422 of 2016 on the file of the 5th respondent police to the forth respondent to investigate the crime as per law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instruction submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.422 of 2016, Charge Sheet has been filed by the 5th respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above, the petition for transfer of investigation does not arise. Hence, this petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed if any.
