This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.17773 of 2024 on 25.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail for the past one month, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
