This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records in Crime No.39 of 2016 and quash the proceedings pending on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the as the Defacto-complainant withdrawn the case after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
filing a letter dated 10.04.2017, before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, the F.I.R. in Crime No.39 is closed and further action has been dropped in this case. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infrucutuos.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
