This petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 25.07.2023 on condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. The petitioner was arrested for the alleged offence under Section 379 IPC. The petitioner states that the investigation is completed and appearance before the police for investigation is no more required. Therefore, seeks for relaxation of the condition to report before the Investigating Officer daily.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the investigation is almost completed and final report is yet to be filed.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.

The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on summons if required by the Investigating Officer instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.
