This petition has been filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Court), Tiruvallur to expedite the trial in SC.No.313 of 2012.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the main case itself in SC.No.313 of 2012 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Court), Tiruvallur has been ended in acquittal, by an order dated 15.05.2018, and nothing survives in this petition.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
