This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records relating to Crime No.55 of 2017, on the file of Royakkottai Police Station, Krishnagiri District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in the Crime No.55 of 2017, charge sheet has already been filed, after investigation, before the Judicial Magistrate, Thenkanikottai on 25.072017. Hence, nothing survives in Crime No.55 of 2017 for further adjudication.

3. In view of the filing of Charge sheet in Crime No.55 of 2017, there is nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
