ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue the patta in respect of property measuring 3 cents in S.No.136/4 at No.465-A, New No.5/511, Odachakarai, Alagapuram, Periya Pudur, Salem - 636 016 as per the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2019.

Heard Mr.M.Tamizavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.07.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and conduct enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
