ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned notice, which is a notice to bring the property for sale for recovery of the arrears of sales tax. 2.At the time when the writ petition was entertained, a conditional order of stay was granted on 10.11.2004, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not deposited 50% of the liability, as ordered by this Court.

3.In the light of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition at this distance point of time.
